Using the Executive Prompt Tool
Translator Role
You work with multinational clients across several geographies and often need text or documents translated with precision and a specific tone. For example, perhaps you received a letter of intent from a client in French or technical documentation in Spanish. That is precisely why we designed the Translator role: to give executives and leaders access to professional-grade translation services within seconds.
Gone are the days of using basic tools like Google Translate and guessing if the system translated a word correctly or missed the sentence’s context altogether. Save yourself the embarrassment—and more importantly, the professional risk—of a bad translation. With Generative AI, you are not only translating words; you are translating context. The AI understands the subject matter and, by using our tool, adapts to the specific tone and material type to create a perfect, precise translation.
Let’s explore this role in the Executive Prompt Tool. When using the tool, select the Translator role and populate the following fields:
Languages
- Source Language: Enter the original language of the material you want to translate.
- Target Language: Enter the language you want the material translated into.
Specifications
- Tone & Intent: Select the desired tone for the translated material. This informs the system of your objective—whether you want the language to sound professional, formal, creative, or literal.
- Material Type: Indicate the document or text type. You can select from the list—such as Legal Contract, Internal Email, Technical Manual, or Marketing Copy—or choose "Other" to input a custom type.
Context & Nuance
- Usage Context: Provide a brief description of how the document will be used. Examples include: Keynote speech, legal contract between two companies, or product marketing for a specific target audience.
- Terminology Protection: Select this field to list specific terms you do not want the system to translate, such as company names, brand assets, or specialized technical jargon.
Source Text
- Source Text: Paste the text you want translated directly into this field.
- Attached Document: Alternatively, select "Attached Document" if you prefer to upload a file for translation instead.
